Basic assumptions:

  • We start with building the network, and all communications flows from that
  • Assume that the network is open and NOT secure.  It's up to the users to secure their own devices.

Digital phasing:

  • Some server apps hosted off site.  Others on our on-site servers.
  • Backups on-site to a limited degree, but users encouraged to be responhsible for their own back-ups.
  • SFC gets ~10 IP addresses

 

Objectives:

  • Physical security is VERY important
  • Digital security is/well be VERY important to users
    • Dedicated hardware
    • Airgap firewall
