DonB (2/13) A general outline of the end point of yesterday's discussions is here and listed under the Organizational items heading on the sidebar. Click here to download a copy. This approach simplifies membership categories and distinguishes between memberships, fund raising and sfComplex resources & services. Resources & services are allocated by implicit auction. Thus, all members have access to sfComplex’s complete set of resources & services. However, they can use them with certainty only if they bid for them successfully. Payment for memberships, resources & services can come from scholarships. There may also be a suggested fee schedule.

The 2/7 weekly update is here.

DonB (2/3) here's the current draft 080131 BizPlan v1.pdf of the bizplan. Roy, thanks for the worksheet.

Roy -- 1/31 --- added a revenues worksheet. It is set to generate $300,000 annually -- please tinker.

DonB (1/27) At Jack's suggestion, I added a wish list to the infrastructure boid. Please add your thoughts. I also added a new boid (Ruminants) to address the concerns Nick has been raising about operating guidelines (thanks, Michael). Nick is the chair.

DonB (1/11/08) At Jack Stafurik's suggestion, I clarified the links to the trifold brochure and the one-pager. They are in the sidebar under the communications heading.

DonB (12/19/07): The final version of the brochure is posted here for download. Unless anyone sees a bust, I'm moving on to the web page & one-pagers. When printing, remember this is designed as a full bleed, front and back document. Acrobat likes to assume a shrink-to-fit setting for the page. That's fine but the design works better with a bleed, aka no shrinking.

I realize the logo may not be the final choice. At Tom J's suggestion, I'm going to set up a page on the wiki with the various alternatives that have arisen so far. New designs welcome. In the meantime, I've removed the logo stuff that was on this page.
